Chief Executive OfficerKareem Jones is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SafeRiders Solutions, a growing student transportation company headquartered in Natchez, Mississippi. Founded in 2025, SafeRiders Solutions was built with a mission to provide safe, reliable, and professionally managed transportation services for schools and educational organizations throughout Louisiana.
Under Kareem’s leadership, SafeRiders Solutions has expanded its transportation operations across multiple cities, providing structured daily route services, fleet management, dispatch coordination, and driver oversight for charter schools and educational partners.
Kareem is actively involved in the company’s daily transportation operations, route planning, driver management, safety oversight, and operational growth initiatives. His leadership focuses on building a transportation organization centered around accountability, professionalism, safety, and strong community partnerships.

Jason wihtmore
Safety & Compliance manager
Jason Whitmore joined SafeRiders Solutions in May 2026 as the company’s Safety and Compliance Manager. In this role, he oversees transportation safety procedures, regulatory compliance, driver accountability, and operational safety standards across the company’s fleet operations.
Jason plays a key role in ensuring SafeRiders Solutions maintains a strong safety-first culture through driver support, compliance monitoring, route oversight, and transportation safety coordination. His leadership helps ensure that daily operations are conducted with professionalism, structure, and accountability.
As SafeRiders Solutions continues to grow, Jason remains committed to maintaining high operational standards while supporting the company’s mission of providing safe, dependable, and professionally managed student transportation services.
JOnathan Prater
Founder & Chief of FinanceJonathan Prater is the Founder and Chief of Finance for SafeRiders Solutions, bringing years of leadership, operational management, and customer service experience to the transportation industry. With a strong focus on safety, reliability, and professionalism, Jonathan helps oversee the company’s daily operations, financial planning, and growth initiatives across Mississippi and Louisiana.
Passionate about building strong partnerships with schools and communities, Jonathan is committed to ensuring students are transported safely while providing dependable service that schools and families can trust. Under his leadership, SafeRiders Solutions continues to grow as a trusted provider of student transportation services focused on safer routes and stronger communities.

Transportation Supervisor in 2011 for Durham School Services, working at Linwood Public Charter School
Hired as the Transportation Manager for Linwood in June 2020, when they stopped using a third party and brought transportation in-house.
Hired as the Transportation Manager for Safe Riders Solutions for Linwood Public Charter School, June 2025
I have 25 yrs of providing bus services in the Shreveport/Bossier area, 16 of those years have been with LPCS
God started me on this journey 25 yrs ago when He instructed me to go and get certified to drive a school bus,
He equipped me with the knowledge on routing and dealing with people from 2009 to the present
I have been blessed to be able to use the gifts He's given me to keep the transportation department at LPCS up and running
